Drumreagh Presbyterian Church Ministers

Rev. Wm M Hyndman
(1939 – 1951)
The Rev. William Marshall Hyndman was ordained as Mr Barkley’s successor on October 3rd 1939. When ordained he was twenty-six years old and unlike any of his predecessors he had an unusual interest in speed, such as motorbikes and fast cars. Despite this unusual interest as a minister he had a great ability to preach, and showed a great kindness towards his congregation.

Rev. Hyndman left Drumreagh in July 1951 with his wife and two sons and went to Canada where he ministered in Cranbrook and Ethel Muron–Maitland Presbytery.
